Is there any obligation?

No, there is no obligation. This is easy and flexible. You can start and stop anytime you want, take a vacation when you choose. Jobs are hard to find and many have rigid / inflexible schedules. As a result your personal life and education suffer at the expense of your job. With this you can spend your free time doing what you enjoy. If you are a College Student or you want to attend college, when you have midterms, finals or Spring / Summer / Winter Break and need time off, simply stop for a while. Why is there a one time fee to register?

The initial small one time fee, is to set up Your Account and issue Your Password. With the high cost to maintain the site, the fee is necessary because we cannot have people who are only curious with no plan to follow through. 

The registration fee is small when compared to the cost in time and money involved in a traditional job search (resumes, interviews, clothing, grooming, gas, parking, transportation, training, calls, faxes, newspapers, letters, drug testing, background / credit checks, +countless hours). This can add up to hundreds of dollars, a lot of stress / rejection and you still may not get work.

I do not have a card to register (or card declined), are there other options?

If you don't have a card, get a gift card at a local store. If your card is declined, make sure you enter the correct info and / or call the number on the back of the card to see why. If the registration link doesn't connect, try again later.

I do not have a lot of spare time, is that ok?

This allows you to make money when you have free time, from any internet connection. If you attend college, you can turn wasted time before and after class into productive time. Compared to most jobs where you will waste an hour or more a day just on non paying prep time (grooming / commuting).
